நான் நீங்க SAP ல வேலை செய்யறீங்களா ?
என்ன வேண்டும் ?
வேலை தேடிக்கொடுங்க. வெளிநாட்ல வேலை வேண்டும். கண்டிப்பாக வெளிநாடு. ரெஸ்யூம் அனுப்பறேன்.
எவ்வளவு வருட அனுபவம் உங்களுக்கு ?
2.8 வருடம். SAP ல வேலை செய்யறேன். அதே SAP ல வெளிநாட்டுல வேலை வாங்கி கொடுங்க. ரெஸ்யூம் அனுப்பறேன்.
ஹலோ. ஹோல்ட் ஆன். மூன்று வருடத்துக்கு பக்கமாக எக்ஸ்பீரியன்ஸ் உள்ள நீங்க ஏன் உங்களுக்கான வேலையை நீங்களே தேடிக்கொள்ளக்கூடாது ?
முகம் தெரியாத ஒரு ஆளிடம் வந்து, வேலை வாங்கி கொடு என்று வம்படிக்கிறீர்களே ?
எங்கே போனது உங்களது தன்னம்பிக்கை ? சுய தேடல் ?
உங்களுக்கு என்று சொந்தமாக ஒரு வேலை தேடும் தன்னம்பிக்கையை கூட இழந்துவிட்டபிறகு எப்படி உங்களால் சுயமாக வேலையை செய்யமுடியும் ?

ReplyDeleteஅதைத்தான் அவர் செய்ய முயற்சி செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார். நீங்கள்தானே எல்லா வேலைகள் பற்றியும் செய்தி போடுகிறீர்கள். பலருக்கு வேலை வாங்கித் தந்ததாகவும் குறிப்பிட்டிருப்பீர்களாக இருந்திருக்கும்.
ஆகவே உங்களிடமும் முயற்சிக்கிறார் என நினைக்கிறேன்.
இதைத்தான் எல்லா முயற்சிகளையும் செய்வது என்று கூறுவார்கள்.

ReplyDeletethere are lot of SAP Unauthorized training institute is Chennai/Hyd for some time(10 yrs).. (one institute even offer the course for Rs5000/!!) They lure candidates to do the SAP ,after that they fake the resumes(help to fake/write) to get a job.. most the candidates are not fit to do the SAP.. they waste money and time and look for SAP jobs..

ReplyDeleteeven they send me the same mails till now assuring that they will get job with salary of 5 lakhs per anum all thos blah blah blah.
i dont know it can be stoppable or not.

ReplyDeleteThis SAP thing going on in Chennai is a Bogus, The Institutes lure people from other profession to join the courses and they all claim that they have devlopment/ implementation centers, they have projects, they will let the students work on realtime projects, they will send the successful students to their projects in US so on so forth. Many have left jobs for these worthless courses and purse their American dreams only to end up loosing the current job and left all alone to curse their luck.
The reality is they would never get SAP jobs in US (I mean very few get and most of them dont).
I have just started blogging and I am writing about US visa, work in US etc. This is one of the topics I am thinking of writing, see if you can write about this, you have a better reach among the readers and it may be useful to them.
I can give you more inputs if you need

ReplyDeleteசரி இப்ப ஒன்னும் மோசமில்ல. SAP (SD,MM & ABAP) 6 வருச எக்ஸ்ப்ரீயன்ஸ்க்கு ஒரு நல்ல வேலையா பார்த்துக்குடுங்கண்ணே. ஆறு வருச எக்ஸ்பீரியென்ஸ்க்கு நீயே வேலை தேடிக்கலாமேன்னு அதே பதில சொல்லாதிங்க. சீக்கிரம் அப்பாயின்ட்மென்ட் ஆர்டர் அனுப்புங்க. மத்ததெல்லாம் அப்பால பேசிக்குவோம்.
I am working as Manager IT looking after SAP but one of my friend who worked in materials department has completed siemens course paying 3 lakhs and has sufficient working knowledge (8 years in stores) is trying for SAP JOB for the past 6 months and not getting proper response. Can you explain why.
