IBM Software Engineer with less than 2 years Exp or Freshers C/C++/Java

Apart from very strong analytical skills, good communication & attitude, we are looking for the following technical skills

IO area:

Strong C/C++ programming knowledge. Any knowledge on Fibre Channel skills would be a plus.

Hybrid Area:

Good to Thorough expertise in Core Java programming. Must have worked on Linux/Unix environment with applied knowledge on some scripting languages. Working knowledge in Rational Team Concert and Agile practices will be a plus.
