இந்திய வங்கித் துறையில் 30000 பணியாளர் நியமனம்

சென்னை : இந்திய அரசுத் துறை வங்கிகளில் மிகப் பெரிய வங்கியான பாரத ஸ்டேட் வங்கி இந்த நிதி ஆண்டில் மட்டும் 13000 பேருக்கு புதிய வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்க உள்ளது. இதுதவிர மேலும் 17,000 பணியாளர்களை மற்ற பொதுத்துறை வங்கிகள் நியமிக்க உள்ளன.

நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள இதன் கிளைகளுக்கு பல்வேறு பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ளதால், இந்த பணியாளர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்வதற்கான வேலைகளில் தீவிரமாக இறங்கியுள்ளது இந்த வங்கி.

கடந்த நிதியாண்டு நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள அனைத்து பொதுத்துறை வங்கிகளுக்கும் சேர்த்து 33000 பணியாளர்கள் வேலைக்கு அமர்த்தப்பட்டனர்.

இந்த ஆண்டும் கிட்டத்தட்ட அதே அளவிலான பணியாளர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட உள்ளனர்.

Quality Analyst - Software Tester
As a part of the organization as a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for products of EXFO's fiber-optics test and measurement instruments. You will be responsible for creating test plans including gathering test requirements, use-cases/test plan creation and Risk assessment. Demonstrate competence in own area; may still be acquiring higher level skill. Identifies unusual technical problems and escalates them for resolution. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.

Conduct Trainings: Conduct training sessions for other team members.
Test Execution: Includes running automated/manual tests and applications.
Test Reporting: Includes providing management with electronic reports on defect data.
Defect Management: Includes defining, tracking and retesting defects.
Process Improvement: Includes providing regular feedback to the management on the effectiveness of the QA process.

Technical requirements:

- You are known for your excellent knowledge of SDLC;
- You have extensive experience on manual and automated testing;
- You are known in completing the assigned tasks with minimum supervision with high quality and on time;
- You are known to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job;
- You have exposure to programming language like C++ or C# with object oriented design concepts;
- You have exposure to telecom & datacom domain;
- Follows disciplined software development practices.
