"In your role as a Lead Developer you will be expected to take
responsibility of documenting and managing all the project and production
changes related to Identity Management (IdM) data flows from source systems
to target directories and target applications so that all dependencies in
complex IdM environment are well managed. You will also actively participate
in different onshore and offshore projects both to guide the projects to
gain an overall understanding and needed linkages and help in purifying the
requirements and designing the solution. Your duties cover also expectation
settings for project deliverables as part of product owner team and to
follow up the work by reviewing and approving the outcomes.
We are looking for a recognized expert with strong development and
operational experience in Identity and Access Management as well as in
Directory Services and LDAP. This background is complemented by strong
system development skills, particularly in solution requirement and design
work, combined with knowledge of methodologies such as TOGAF, design
languages such as UML as well as general development techniques and
architecture standards. Knowledge and experience of both SAP NetWeaver IdM
and SCRUM are seen as big advantage."
