Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal end users and External Commercial Account end users across North America, Canada, EMEA & AP.
• Graduates (BE, BTech, BSc,BCom,BA,BBA,BCA,BBM) & Post Graduates (MSc,MCom,MBA,MA,ME,MCA) (2010 pass outs as well) and Diploma holders (10+2+3)
• Good communication skills are requisite
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Willingness to work in shifts
