Sybase, UNIX, Kshell, PERL, C, Java. UNIX, Websphere. EFM – Service Desk Support-Exp in SWIFT Alliance Application with UNIX combination. Unix Scripting /Oracle / Stored procedure / IBM MQ-Series. 24 /7 production support. Provide Service desk support to work on SWIFT\FED\CHIPS initiatives using the FNI platform, provide Level -1 support.  CA7- Scheduler ( TSG-  Mainframe Support)- Experience in Monitoring Batch and handling Abends using CA7 and OPC. Providing Level-2 Support for CICS, DB2, MQ, IMS and Storage issues. Support NDM process. Batch schedulers (CA7 / OPC).
