Position : Principal SW QA Engineer / Sr. SW Quality Engineer

Experience : 5-10

Skills required :

• Responsible for providing requirements and specifications for the automation of test cases

• Proficiency in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a test environment, including necessary equipment, configuration, and software.

• Functional knowledge of mainstream language, (preferred proficiency in C, C++, or JAVA).

• Familiarity with scripting language, Perl or Shell Scripting in open systems and JCL in mainframe environment.

• Functional knowledge of database and writing and debugging complex SQL or PL/SQL queries (preferred proficiency in SQL, ORACLE).

Position : Software Quality Engineer

Experience : 3 -5

Skills required :

• Knowledge of testing strategies with automated tools.

• Scripting languages: Hands on in [Shell or Perl or Python,..]

• Good programming skills : Java / C / C++/ C# / .Net

• Experience in Linux/HPUX/AIX/Solaris and Windows platforms

• Experience in databases, preferably Oracle, SQL

• Experience in Test case writing/Test planning / Estimation/ Tracking / Cross Functional Collaboration

• Experience in API, Automation, functional and non-Functional testing (e.g., Performance, Scalability, Reliability)

Position : Principal SW Engineer

Experience : 8 - 10

Skills required :

• Oracle DB 10g, Oracle Streams, PL/SQL – Minimum 3 years experience on these technologies

• Overall 7+ years of experience in any programming language

• Product development experience

• Somebody from Oracle product development team is desirable

• Writes functional detailed design specs as well as responding to requirement documents and system level test plans

Position : Senior Software Engineer

Experience : 5-8

Skills required :

• Writes high level design specs, unit test plans and integration test plans.

• Analyze and code complex modules, define data structures, and specify test tools.

• Develops new software engineering methods or processes, re-evaluate existing processes using Java,J2EE

Position : Senior Software Engineer

Experience : 5-7

Skills required :

• Engineer with skills in appliance development and Application imaging.

• 5+ yrs of exp in developing appliance images for enterprise applications is a must.

• Strong technical skills in image creation, deployment and provisioning is a must.

• Building /packing enterprise applications with extensive skills in scripting on linux using perl/python is highly desired.

• People with similar roles from product development companies are preferred.

Position : Senior Software Engineer

Experience :5-7

Skills required :

• 5+ yrs of software development experience

• Strong background in product development

• Strong OO experience along with experience in C/C++ Or Java,J2EE

• Strong technical skills in design and implementation of complex solutions

• Must have ability to rapidly pick up new skills

Position : Sr. SW Conf Release Engineer

Experience : 4-6

Skills required :

• Software engineering methodologies, release engineering and/or configuration management in any SCM Tool. Perforce experience would be helpful.

• Experience building applications for deployment on Windows, Mac, and Unix systems.

• Experience with common build tools – Ant, make, maven and scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Java (ant/maven),

• Familiarity with common UNIX distributions (Linux/Solaris/HPUX/AIX).

• Experience deploying and maintaining open source tools (Maven, Tinderbox, Bugzilla, Apache, etc) would be helpful.
