Designation: Program Manager.
Position Requirements:

Provide overall Program Management responsibilities inclusive of delivery, implementation, financial and supervisory responsibilities of direct and indirect personnel. The candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a customer support position. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing large complex projects, to ensure flawless execution. Interpersonal, communications, and project/process management skills are required. Candidate is required to be available to travel onsite at the customer premise. Familiarity with the SDS product suite is an absolute requirement.

Responsibilities:
Plan project implementation and lead the project execution ensure delivery on contract commitments, meet customer expectations and ensure
customer satisfaction.
Ensure SDS conformance to contract; monitor project for schedule/cost variances against base-lined WBS.
Track costs against contract, monitor invoicing, monitor and determine percent of completion and adjust EAC as necessary.
Continually monitor Program/Project status from both internal and external perspectives.
Communicate status internally and externally and serve as primary interface to address and resolve customer queries and satisfaction issues through
the SDS organization.
Identify areas of risk and lead the development of mitigation plans with support of the SDS organization.
Shared accountability for deal P&L with market operations.
Work change orders in cooperation with Market Operations
