Its a help desk profiles where the candidates are suppose to take the calls from client/customers/companies working for IBM who may be in UK/US/India.The calls will be dealing with trouble shooting of problems related to server/operating systems/hardware/basic networking problems.
It can be a night shift / 24 x 7 job.
It involves remote Infrastructure support delivery,perform problem cause analysis, resolve routine cstmer problem & ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements.
English: Fluent (Must)
Note: We are looking for freshers for this requirment provided the candidates should have excellent communication skill & basic technical knowledge in terms of operating systems, servers, hardware and troubleshooting.
